Akure fans want Udi’s Sun to shine against El Kanemi

Football fans in Akure are not excited about Coach Duke Udi’s match plans for the home side, Sunshine Stars after losing to Nasarawa last Sunday.
Sunshine players have yet to get their bearing after losing the match. But this Sunday, they have another chance to redeem their battered image at home against El Kanemi Warriors.
Akure fans have been calling for the head of coach Udi after the Nasarawa debacle and asked the interim management of Ondo Sports to employ a competent coach for the club.
But Udi is not bothered about what is going on around him, as he focuses on the home duel against El Kanemi.
“The tough mental attitude of the players is what has been helping us to win most of our matches. I want to thank the players and the management for the achievement. We were down but not out yet. We are faced with difficulties. The players will brace up and take up the challenge. The technical crew has been playing its part and we are backed mentally and psychologically by the management team. We will definitely rise above the situation. We will bounce back,” he assured.
