English clubs return to FA Cup hostilities

English football clubs are in for a great showdown this weekend in the FA Cup ties, as English Premier League leaders, Chelsea play away to Wolves. All eyes will be on the Antonio Conte boys, who are unpredictable as far as FA Cup is concerned, as bench warmers may likely get the nod to prove themselves against the less fancied Wolves.

It is not likely that Nigerian international, Victor Moses, will be on parade, as he has become Conte’s secret joker for top matches. In other matches, Burnley is also expected to host Lincoln City, while Middlesbrough take on Oxford.

The fixtures also put Millwall against Ahmed Musa’s Leicester City, as Huddersfield battle another EPL giants, Kelechi Iheanacho’s Manchester City. The following day, Fulham will assemble its army against dreaded Tottenham Hotspurs, on a day Blackburn Rovers file out against Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United.

The last fixture will see Sutton United facing the Arsene Wenger boys. Football followers are already warming up for the top matches to ease off tension and look up to the next EPL matches shortly after the break. Meanwhile, the FA has appointed Anthony Taylor of Wytheshawe as the centre referee for the Huddersfield-Man City duel.
