I n spite of being married since 2010, Abbey Abuede, popularly known as Sexy Steel, does not look it. That he does not wear his wedding ring could even mislead ladies, who like to have romantic ties with him.
To him, wedding ring chases female fans and he is not ready to lose them since they are an integral part of what he does. But shockingly, he says that most ladies prefer married men and nothing can stop a lady if she is genuinely interested in one.
He says, “If they want you, they do not care if you are married or not. In fact, the ring is an invitation for them. Their belief is that married men are so caring and know how to take care of women.
Sexy Steel, however, insists that when it comes to women, he is disciplined and he cannot be carried away by anyone. “The fact that I am doing showbiz does not mean I should not be focused and forget that I have a family somewhere. If I need to see my wife, I travel to Dublin to meet her.”
The singer says it makes no sense for entertainers to flaunt their wives or relationship status on social media. “If you want to be a happily married man, it is better you do a corporate job. Showbiz could be tempting at times, so it is better you lead a modest life.
He plans to focus mainly on music now, insisting that he has made a name in fashion. He notes, “I have been doing fashion, movie and music together for a while. My clothing line is like 17 years, while I have used 18 years in music and acting.
I am used to doing all at the same time, but I now want to focus more on my music. I have the fashion platform already, as everyone knows I am good designer.”
