I’ve been with Beyoncé, Kim, others– Adekunle Gold

With his kind of music and look, Adekunle Gold possesses the magic to charm most ladies. He has as well been linked romantically with Simi, the female singer, who also mixed and mastered his debut album.
Some pictures were released a few days ago, showing Adekunle Gold in romantic positions with the likes of Tiwa Savage, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Toolz, Kim Kardashian and Simi. Though they turned out to be creative work of arts, they got people confused and talking.
When The Point contacted him to know his real ties with the female celebrities, he laughed, saying, “They are correct to say that I dated them.”
He added, “I have been with Beyoncé, Kim and all those people. I have that much power to switch. I could be with Kim today, then Beyoncé tomorrow.”
On his relationship with Simi, he insisted that there was nothing serious between them.
For his debut album, which has been enjoying good reviews since he released it, he acknowledged that its success so far was the reflection of the grace of God in his life.
He said, “I am very satisfied with the impact of my debut album. I cannot say one song is my favourite because each song does something to me. I wrote the song based on my experiences and the stories of people.”
There have also been insinuations that one of the tracks off the album, ‘Ariwo Ko Ni’ was targeted at some people in the music industry, but the singer said he made the song for himself, adding, “When you are struggling to be something in life and you finally have your chance, you will surely have stories to tell. I have been singing professionally since 2011 and my songs are entirely for myself. I was inspired by God to make that music; I do not know why people are mentioning names when I did not. I believe people would always talk at the end of the day.”
He would not likely follow the path of his former record label mate, Lil Kesh, soon. Kesh left YBLN to stand alone after releasing an album.
“I have no vision to set up a label at the moment. I plan to drop more videos off the album, more collaborations and go on tour soon,” Adekunle stated.
