JAMB directs UTME candidates to print e-slips for mop-up test

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has directed candidates scheduled to sit for the mop-up test of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination on Saturday to print out their e-slips, which would facilitate their entry into the various examination halls.

This directive followed the rescheduling of about 85,000 candidates, who registered late or had technical problems during the conduct of the examination in May, for the mop-up test scheduled to hold on July 1.

The Head, Public Affairs Unit of JAMB, Mr. Fabian Benjamin, said in a statement on Wednesday that concerned candidates should print their e-slips from June 28, 2017 from their e-mail addresses or the official website of the board.

“A bulk short message service has equally been sent to the telephone numbers provided by the candidates during the registration. The board implores the candidates to ensure that their e- slips are printed on or before the examination as no excuse will be entertained,” Benjamin said.
