Kemen: TBoss to slap me! She’ll swallow her statement after BBNaija

The circumstances in which Kemen Ekerette left the just concluded Big Brother Naija did not speak well of him. It was alleged to have violated Tokunbo Idowu, aka Tboss, who was a fellow housemate. Kemen was disqualified, the first in the history of the television reality show.

But, while speaking with our correspondent recently, Kemen says he is not the type who violates women. He adds that the decision to disqualify him was one he could not control but he can conquer it.

He states, “I choose not to let the situation bring me down because the scenario is not who I am. I am a different person. Whatever the decision was based on, I believe it is something I could not handle but I can handle what to do with my life afterwards. I have decided to stay positive. If I had an option, I would not have wanted it to go that way. I felt bad more that I disappointed lot of people who believed so much in me. But I owe everyone who has believed me and I am focused on that. I want them to see me beyond the disqualification. Given the chance to return to the house again, I wouldn’t have done anything differently but I would do everything moderately.”

“Nigerians have given me their listening ears. I am but grateful to Nigerians for listening to me. I am just focused on working on the fact that I am different from the scenario surrounding my disqualification.

“TBoss and I were good friends in the house and I hope it does not change afterwards.”

Reacting to TBoss’ statement that she would slap him once she set her eyes on him outside, she states that in the house they did not know the reality. According to him, she made that statement as a housemate but she would soon see that it is a different ball game once she comes out.

“In the house, you don’t know what is happening outside. I am sure she would swallow her statement once she gets outside.”

He, however, admits that the experience at BBN was very educative and gave all the housemates a platform to succeed.

“The show has prepared our mindset on the ups and downs we would definitely encounter trying to succeed. I feel it is a positive package and I really appreciate Big Brother for the experience.”
