MY STYLE IS SIMPLE, CLASSIC –HON. ADIJAT Adeleye-oladapo

As far as former member of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Hon. Adijat Adeleye- Oladapo, is concerned, fashion means stepping out not necessarily in the most expensive fabrics or accessories. For the radical politician, fashion should be wearing what suits you best and considered appropriate for an occasion or outing. She says, “Fashion, to me, is comfort; that is wearing comfortable clothes and at the same time making a statement and avoiding a fashion faux pas.” The maverick politician and goal getter says that her style is simple, classy and must bear some level of comfort. She reveals that she will always go for local prints any day, because she can style or rock them any way she wants. Though she also spots Western wears, she notes, “I am a die-hard fan of local prints.” A lover of shoes, both flats and High heels, she, however, says she prefers the mid-heels, wedges and platform shoes. For her, her outfit determines the type of shoes she puts on. Talking about her makeup, she says she goes for Black Up brand of cosmetics, although she still patronises other brands, which doesn’t necessarily have to be expensive. A native of Ogun State, Hon. Adeleye-Oladapo was a member of the Ogun State House of Assembly and represented Ifo II Constituency between 2007 and 2015 on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party. But her interest is not limited to politics as she also runs a Non-Governmental Organisation that empowers youths and the less privileged in the society. She has successfully established a free ICT training centre in Ifo, Ogun State.
