Two years after 115 perished, South Africans besiege Synagogue for miracles

Two years after the incident in which 84 of their compatriots perished in the collapse of a building within the premises of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, South Africans have continued to throng the church located in the Ikotun area of Lagos State.
The South Africans seem to have put the September 12, 2014 incident at SCOAN behind them as over 1,000 of them have lately besieged the church.
In the September 12, 2014 incident, a Zimbabwean and 30 other foreign nationalities, whose countries of origin could not be ascertained, also perished.
But our correspondent gathered that the South Africans, who stormed the church over a week ago, have continued to stream in in large numbers to listen and consult with the leader of the church, Prophet Temitope Joshua.
A source within the church management team, who pleaded anonymity, confirmed to our correspondent that the clergyman had been keeping vigil to enable him attend to the South Africans, who had been in the church for prayers and counseling.
“Man of God has been so busy attending to the South Africans for days now that he has not had time for other people in the church. He has been keeping vigil to attend to them one by one and they are more than one thousand two hundred.
“Even most of the Nigerians who want to see him cannot not as at moment.”
Our correspondent, who was at the church premises observed some of the South African nationals being driven into the church in no fewer than five long buses.
A SCOAN member, who simply identified herself as Miss Josephine also said, “The South Africans, with other visitors from other countries, have been trooping into the church for days now than before. And I believe it may be tied to the fact that this season is the season the martyrs of faith departed from here some two years ago.”
