As far as Isio Wanogo De-Lavega is concerned, fashion is an art, a means of expressing one’s creativity.
“I am a fashion lover, being a top international model, but I see it as a way of telling the world who you are and your style,“ the popular media personality, model and interior designer says.
De-Lavega, who began modelling since the age of 18, says so long as she’s comfortable in what she wears, she can wear any piece of clothing, be it western or local attires. But one thing she won’t be caught wearing is brown fish nets because of the way it looks on people.
“ The fact is that I love being fashionable and going with the different trends, but one fashion item I cannot be caught wearing is brown fishnets, because of the way it looks on people which I’m not comfortable with,“ she says.
The cerebral international model obtained a Master’s degree in Europe; attended a design school in Italy to study Interior architecture. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in creative arts, majoring in painting and sculpture. She has four additional diplomas and studied Italian as well as some computer programming courses and fashion design.
