Akinlade’ll sustain 37 LCDAs, ex-Ogun deputy speaker assures

The Allied Peoples’ Movement candidate of the Ogun West Senatorial district, Hon. Olusegun Gbeleyi, has assured the people of the state that the party’s governorship flag bearer, Hon. Abdulkadir Akinlade, will bring government closer to the 37 Local Council Development Areas if elected as the governor of the state.

Gbeleyi, who gave the assurance when he took his campaign train from wards to wards in Sango under the Ado/Ota local government area of the state, said the 37 LCDAs created under the administration of Governor Ibikunle Amosun would be sustained by the lawmaker representing Egbado South/ Ipokia federal constituency.

The former deputy speaker of the state House of Assembly warned the people not to waste their votes by casting them for other political parties but rather vote for any candidate that emerged from APM, especially Akinlade, whom, he said, would not fail them in bringing the dividends of democracy to
the area.

Gbeleyi, who got a warm reception from the people while moving from one market place to another, as well as one street to the other, promised to find solutions to the challenges of people in the areas if elected as their representative at the upper chamber at the National Assembly.
