The National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress has suspended Ibikunle Amosu of Ogun State and Rochas Okorocha, of Imo State.
The decision was reached at the NWC meeting in Abuja on Friday.
Findings showed that the governors were suspended for anti-party activities.
The committee also recommended the governors expulsion from the party.
Lanre Issa-Onilu confirmed the report to a media house, saying, “A statement is in the works. I confirm the report to be true.”
