Suspected armed robbers have shot a commercial motorcycle rider to death in the Ajegunle area of Lagos State.
The armed robbers, numbering about 40, were said to have been walkong along Baale Street, where they saw the man, identified as Felix Esepe, buying something and one of the hoodlums shot him twice.
The victim, who resided at Aiyenero area, was said to have died instantly while the criminals flee the scene.
Lamenting the death of Esepe, his former wife,Ebi, with whom they had two children before they divorced , said, “He was a very lively person . Very friendly. But we have separated long time ago. But now, the children will become fatherless and I will be the person to take care of them. I sell fruits on my street. He was from Urhobor in Delta State while I hail from Bayelsa
State.”
