Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the Federal High Court in Abuja has withdrawn from the fundamental rights enforcement suit instituted by Omoyele Sowore, the Convener of the ‘RevolutionNow’ protests.
The suit seeks an order for Sowore’s release from custody of the Department of State Service, DSS.
Sowore, the Sahara Reporters publisher was re-arrested on December 6, barely 24 hours after he was released from the detention.
