POPULAR Nollywood actor, Babatunde Omidina, fondly called Baba Suwe, is dead.
The ace actor reportedly died on Monday after a protracted illness.
Born on August 22, 1958, Baba Suwe was married to comedienne Omoladun Omidina, who died in September 2009.
Baba Suwe was a top actor in the Yoruba movie industry for decades, and featured in many movies, mainly as a comedian.
The Theatre Arts and Motion Picture Practitioners Association of Nigeria will issue a statement soon, a source told The Point.
