A Federal High Court in Abuja has sacked the Ralph Nwosu led leadership of the African Democratic Congress.
In her ruling on Tuesday, Justice Binta Nyako also nullified all actions taken so far by executives from August 21, 2022 to date.
In its lieu, the court affirmed the leadership of Senator Patricia Akwashiki of the party.
