The police prosecutor, Abiodun Fagboyinbo, alleged that the convict entered the complainant’s shop and stole the items.

Abiodun, an Assistant Superintendent of Police, further informed the court that Ademola was apprehended by some traders who saw him while committing the crime.

Ademola entered into a guilty plea on the two-count-charge leveled against him in court.

Magistrate A. A. Adeyeba found Ademola guilty as charged and, therefore, sentenced him to nine months jail term on each of the two counts.
