Ebonyi lawmaker commissions constituency projects

A member representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives, Chinedu Ogah, has commissioned some constituency projects for his people.

Some of the projects commissioned include, hospital, houses for widows, bridges, transformers and culverts.

Ogah, said he was moved to embark on building of the structures and total of 59 life touching projects within a year and six months in office to alleviate the suffering his people.

He said, “I am passionate to develop my people through the following; building houses for the indigents and needy, construction of a bridge at Nzashi Echara Ikwo, construction of a modern hospital at Idembia Enyibichiri Ikwo and equipping them with facilities and drugs.”

Recalling other people-touching projects he had done in the past, he said, “I have done rural electrifications with 300KV Transformers and provision of boreholes in all the electoral wards in Ikwo and Ezza South Federal Constituency.”

On other things he had done statewide, he said that he had given scholarship to people across the state despite their Local Government of origin.

“Over 60 students are in masters degrees and I have paid for all of them. Over 10,000 are undergraduates, of course secondary level and primary are innumerable,” he stressed.

The lawmaker urged the people of the state to give supports to President Mohammed Buhari’s government, so as to get more of such.

One of the beneficiaries of the houses who is the Chief Priest of Ikwo Nnoyo in Ekpelu, Nwigboji Ozor expressed happiness over the development.
