The Founder of First City Monument Bank, Subomi Balogun, is dead.
He was said to have passed on in London on Friday morning.
However, details surrounding the reported demise of the renowned banker, who clocked 89 years about two months ago, were still sketchy as of the time of filing this report.
Subomi Balogun was a philanthropist who was a member of the Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange for a long time.
Born on 9th March, 1934, he founded First City Merchant Bank, which later became the FCMB Group.
