Former Lagos lawmaker rallies Lagosians for Sanwo-Olu

Ahead of the governorship election scheduled for March 11, a former lawmaker, Wahab Alawiye-King has appealed to Lagosians to renew the mandate of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Dr Obafemi Hamzat.

This, he said, was for continuity of infrastructural development in the South West state.

He urged them to shun violence before, during and after the election.

Similalrly, the electorate have also enjoined to vote massively for the All Progressives Congress House of Assembly candidates to ensure a smooth and cordial relationship between executive and the legislative arms of government.

Alawiye-King, who is the Chairman of Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB) said Governor Sanwo-Olu should be allowed to consolidate on the good work started in 2019 and initiate new projects in the overall benefits of residents.

The former lawmaker noted that many residents have not only testified but are currently enjoying the tremendous work executed by Sanwo-Olu’s administration in the areas of road, education, health, environment, security and others under the THEMES AGENDA.
