Chinelo (not real name) had thought she would have the opportunity of getting a better life when a woman, simply identified as Madam J, came and took her away from her parents.
But, she has been subjected to dehumanizing experiences and turned into a sex machine for men by Madam J, a suspected human trafficker.
Madam J was said to have visited Abagana village in Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State in August last year to see Chinelo’s parents on how to assist them in sponsoring their daughter’s education and also seeing to her welfare.
She allegedly promised the poor parents that she would like to take their 15-year-old daughter to Ghana after her secondary school education in Anambra.
After deceiving her parents, the female suspect allegedly took Chinelo to Ifitedunu town in Dunukofia Local Government Area of Anambra State for commercial prostitution.
The Point gathered that Chinelo is not alone in this exploitative venture as other teenage girls were deceived into the illegal act.
Madam J is said to have gone to various villages and towns within and outside the state to deceitfully fetch young girls, assemble them in a house and invite all manner of men to sleep with them for money.
However, respite came for Chinelo and other teenage girls after a local security outfit bust the prostitution den in Ifitedunu and rescued them.
The Ifitedunu Special Squad could only arrest Madam J’s lover after the woman bolted away.
Narrating her ordeal, Chinelo said the suspected trafficker brought out some charms and asked her to swear that she would not escape or tell anyone of the prostitution business after she left her parents’ house.
She added that her madam took her to an herbalist who gave her a locally made chain to wear whenever she wants to mate with men.
According to her, she sleeps with no fewer than twelve men every day and that even when she is experiencing her monthly menstrual cycle, her madam would still insist she satisfies the sexual urge of the men who patronise the secret brothel.
The victim revealed that she gives between N30, 000 and N40, 000 to her madam every day after sleeping with several men.
“She (Madam J) took me from my parents saying she wants to take me to Ghana after my secondary school education but my parents did not know that she has been using me for prostitution.
“She sends up to twelve men to sleep with me every day and I remit about N30, 000 to N40, 000 to her every day,” Chinelo said.
On how fleeing Madam J allegedly hypnotized her and other victims, Chinelo explained that, “She (Madam J) brought out some charms and asked me to swear an oath that I will not steal from the money I make and that I will not run away.
“She said I will run mad if I go contrary to the oath I took. She later took me to an herbalist and the herbalist gave me a charm to always wear around my neck whenever I am having sex with men.
“Even during my menstrual cycle, she always brings men to my room and I can’t say no to them.
“Sometimes, I lose count of the number of men I sleep with every day. I am from Abagana in Orofia.”
The Commander of the Special Squad, A. Aguiyi said Madam J and her lover used charms to lure underage girls to go into prostitution and that the agency was on the trail of the suspect.
