Ilechukwu: MFN tactics’ll demolish Plateau

Technical Adviser of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries Football Club, Fidelis Ilechukwu, has boasted that his team’s tactics and formation will drown visiting Plateau United Football Club of Jos in the Nigeria Professional Football League tie scheduled for Sunday.

MFM FC were forced to a one-all draw on Saturday in Calabar by former CAF Champions’ League champions, Enyimba International football Club of Aba, and they are looking forward to a glorious outing against Plateau United.

“This is a game we must win. We should not let the three points slip away like that. We should be able to take our chances as they come,” he said.

MFM fans have been warming up to see the great match of this weekend, as they are ready to storm the Agege stadium in large number to cheer their team to victory.

Ilechukwu has been fasting and praying to God so that things would work in MFM’s favour on Sunday. “Most of the members of MFM are football fanatics. It is always a full house whenever MFM is playing at home.

The members are the real stakeholders of the club and they are not joking with the match against Plateau United,” MFM’s Sikiru Olatunbosun said.

Olatunbosun, however, urged his teammates to always play with a winning mentality and make the best of their subsequent matches in the NPFL series. “Going forward, we hope to build on this as we look forward to more away points,” the left winger said.
