Lafarge Africa Plc – Proposed rights issue: Dealing Members are hereby notified that the Rights Issue of Lafarge Africa Plc of 3,097,653,023 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each at the offer price of N42.50 per share on the basis of five (5) new ordinary shares for every nine (9) ordinary shares held as at 01 November 2017 will be opened for subscription as shown below: Acceptance list opens: Friday, 24 November 2017.
