Marvelous Benjy, the ex-Kennis music star, seems to have jumped from frying pan to fire. Since the singer left the record label in a controversial manner, he has struggled to remain in the limelight.
The Point learnt that he now stays in a hotel in Ajegunle, Lagos, free of charge. Apparently, he still gets favour from fans who followed and loved his music.
The hotel, which belongs to an Igbo businessman, also houses ‘yahoo boys’ and prostitutes. Can he then be said to be staying in a brothel? But a close source to Marvelous Benji insisted that he only stays in the two story-building whenever he visits Ajegunle, as he had relocated to Ojo, Lagos, long ago.
