A former General Manager of the Nigerian Television Authority, Funmi Wakama, and her husband, Ene, have been decorated with new chieftaincy titles by the Olowu of Owu, Saka Matemilola, in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Funmi was honoured with the title, Yeye Fiwagboye; while her husband was conferred with the title, Fiwagboye.

The conferment of the traditional titles was part of the activities to mark the one-year coronation anniversary of the king.

Wakama was awarded the title in recognition of the good works she had done in the state.
