Voter registration crucial, says Ojo, Ekiti APC guber aspirant  

A governorship aspirant on the platform of All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State, Mr. Kayode Ojo, has advised members of the party in the state to avoid being disenfranchised in the next gubernatorial election.

He gave the advice while addressing members of the party at the Ekiti
Central Senatorial District’s meeting, which he hosted last weekend, at
Ijero Ekiti.

Ojo reminded members that their vote is their strength and that it is important that they should register during the ongoing voter registration exercise.

According to him, the positive response of members during this
crucial registration exercise will determine the success of the party
in coming elections.

The aspirant then empowered party members for effective mobilisation of
members in the 177 wards of the state, and urged them to work hard in
the overall interest of the APC in the state, pointing out that the
success of the party depended on that.
        
Ojo also called on members to sink their differences and
unite, to ensure the success of the party, stressing that in unity, lies success.

The senatorial meeting which was presided over by its chairman, Chief
George Ojo, was attended by prominent leaders from the district, among
whom are a former senatorial chairman of the district, Chief Femi Oyebanjo; a former Commissioner in the state, Chief Bisi Egbeyemi; Afenifere leader in Ekiti State, Chief Yemi Alade; a former chairman of the senatorial district, Hon. Ojo Atibioke; Chief Olarubofin from  Efon Alaaye, Hon Titus Gbedebo and Chief Ilesanmi Ajibade, from Okemesi-Ekiti

Others at the meeting are the state woman leader of the party, Mrs.
Bakare; the state Public Relations Officer, Chief Taiwo Olatubosun , Alhaji
Abayomi  Folowosele; Alhaja Tunrayo Adesina, Mr. Gbenga Akinmwumi,
Mr. Moshood Awogbami, and a host of others
