Nigerian National League, NNL, team Abakaliki FC defeated Nasarawa United to reach the 2025 President Federation Cup (PFC) semifinals.
The Solid Miners were defeated 5–4 in the shootout by the Rice Boys, who rallied from a goal deficit to force the game into penalties.
They will now face Ikorodu City who defeated Wikki Tourists 1-0 in Abuja. In Enugu, Kwara United overcame a two-goal deficit to draw Akwa United in regulation time, guaranteeing them a spot in the final four for the first time in the team’s history.
Recall that Abakiliki FC sent Enyimba packing from the PFC following a 2-0 win at the Stephen Keshi Stadium Asaba.
Rangers International, who overcame another NPFL team Plateau United by a single goal, will face the Harmony Warriors in the semi-finals after the Harmony Warriors won the penalty shootout 5-3.
