Eleven students of the Lagos State University have been
arrested over the death of a 200 level student of the
institution.

The students had organised a party in which the undergraduate, who was in the faculty of Management Sciences, Department of International Relational and Personnel Management, died a few weeks ago.

The Point reliably learned that five of the arrested students were in their final year.

The deceased, it was gathered, had attended the party, having honoured an invitation from a male student, who is now being quizzed by homicide detectives from the State Criminal Investigations Department, Yaba, Lagos.

The party reportedly took place at an events centre in the Isheri/Igando axis of the state.

The ill-fated lady, according to sources, “consumed too much alcohol, which included the locally brewed Skushi to the extent that, at a point, she could no longer carry her legs.”
