Operatives of the Rapid Response Squad on routine monitoring of Third Mainland Bridge , on Friday, rescued two under- aged children, who alleged that they were abandoned on the bridge by their mother.
They are Chigozie Okonkwo,10, and Bright Okonkwo, 9.
The RRS Commander, Chief Superintendent of Police, Olayinka Egbeyemi, has directed that the children be immediately transferred to Adekunle Police station, Yaba, where investigation has commenced on the matter.
