The management and staff of The Point Newspapers have expressed shock and sadness over the sudden demise of Mr Olaolu Olusina.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Executive Editor of The Point Newspaper, Mr. Rotimi Durojaiye.
Olusina was a former Editor of The Point Newspapers.
Until his death, he was the publisher of Auto Report Africa.
Durojaiye described Olusina’s death as a major loss to the Nigerian media, adding that the deceased was a peace loving, dedicated media professional who gave his best to The Point Newspapers.
He sympathised with the deceased’s family and prayed God to grant the bereaved the fortitude to bear the unfortunate loss.
“Olaoluwa Olusina was a peace loving and dedicated media professional.
“His death is saddening and a major loss to the Nigerian media space.
“We commiserate with his family members, management and staff of his establishment and pray God to comfort them,” the statement read.
Olusina reportedly died on Sunday night after battling an undisclosed health challenge.
