One person has been reported dead with two others injured as a residential building collapsed in Woji, a satellite community on the outskirts of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on Thursday.
Those affected were said to be working on the building when the structure collapsed.
Those who witnessed the incident said that it must have been triggered by the recent floods in Port Harcourt and its environs.
One of those affected linked the building collapse to ‘integrity issues’ that warranted the reinforcement work being carried out on the structure.
