Breaking news: Court sacks Oshiomhole as APC chairman

A Federal Capital Territory High Court sitting in Jabi, Abuja, on Wednesday suspended the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, from office.
The court granted an order of interim injunction stopping Oshiomhole from parading himself as the APC national chairman.
While granting the injunction, Justice Danlami Senchi said that political parties must be bound by their constitution, adding that having been suspended by his ward, Oshiomhole is restrained from functioning as the APC National Chairman pending the hearing and determination of the substantive suit.
Hearing of the suit was then fixed for April 7 and 8, 2020.
