“You (defendant) on the same date, time and place, did convert to your own use the sum of N540, 000 being money realised from the sales of bread belonging to one Rasheed Saheed Oluomo, owner of Omoluabi Bakery without his consent.”

According to police prosecutor, Inspector Rasaq Olayiwola, the defendant committed offences contrary to and punishable under sections 516 and 390(9) of the Criminal Code, Cap 34, Volume II Laws of Osun State of Nigeria 2002.

Without having any legal representation, Zainab pleaded not guilty to the two-count-charge brought against her.
